Duo of Pork
If you’re a pork lover, you’ll love this dish complete with both smoked Pork belly and grilled pork tenderloin. Served on a bed of sweet potato hash with celery, bell pepper, red onion, Mepkin Abbey mushroom, and Brussels sprouts.
Our seared salmon dish comes served on a bed of our new, absolutely delicious cauliflower risotto with kale and roasted mushrooms.
Bourbon Fried Catfish
Served with a shrimp & andouille sausage étouffée, okra, bell peppers, lightly seasoned jasmine rice, and finished with a Tabasco rémoulade.
Braised Beef Short Ribs
Served over yellow cheddar grits with a black eyed pea ragoût. Topped with crispy Brussels sprouts and a white wine pan jus.
This Neapolitan style cheesecake comes with an Oreo crust, vanilla bean cheesecake with strawberry jam swirled inside, and topped with a strawberry compote. This is served over fudge sauce with a chocolate shortbread.
Coconut Cream Pie Cake
Delectable coconut milk cake served with coconut ice cream, caramel sauce and a graham cracker crumble.
